General information and rules

• One month (30 days) notice of withdrawal in writing is required, in lieu of which one month’s school fees will be payable.
• Fees are payable as usual during a child’s absence due to illness or holidays.
• Payment of school fees: Payments can be made electronically. We request that large amounts of cash payments be made directly into our bank account for security
  reasons.
• Please help us by paying school fees promptly, before due date (5th of each month). We have a strict procedure for late payers; should you experience financial problems, please approach the financial department at the school. Lizelle Visser (finance@kpschools.co.za)
• In the case of outstanding fees you will be held liable for any costs incurred, should your outstanding account/s be handed over for collection. This includes collection fees, legal costs on an attorney/client scale and interest on the outstanding amount.
• Should the learner start later in the year, a pro-rata school fee will be calculated.
